Easy Egg Salad
- 12 eggs hard boiled and peeled
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 1/2 tsp mustard
- 1 Tbs sweet pickle relish
- 2 Tbs sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Add your hard boiled eggs to medium sized bowl and mash up with a pastry blender or fork.
- Add in mayo, mustard, relish, sugar, salt and pepper and stir to combine.
- Serve on buns, wraps, bread, etc
