How to make BBQ Chicken Pizza
- Refrigerated pizza dough – I use canned pizza dough, but you can use a homemade pizza dough recipe or any prepared dough that you like.
- BBQ sauce – Choose your favorite brand!
- Shredded rotisserie chicken – or use leftover shredded chicken breasts or even turkey. Just make sure to use already cooked chicken.
- Shredded mozzarella cheese for topping (shred your own so it melts evenly).
- Thinly sliced red onions and/or green onions for topping.
- It’s best to cook flatbreads and pizza in a very hot oven. Use a pizza stone or pizza pan for best results.
- Additions and Variations: You could also add pineapple and bacon for a Hawaiian pizza!
