You can forget the hamburger buns for this sloppy joe recipe because we’re turning the joes into a pasta skillet instead.

This is an easy recipe and a fun way to put a spin on classic sloppy joes. Instead of piling tangy meat filling on buns, I mix it with cooked pasta. Add some shredded cheese, and you get a cheesy, hearty pasta dinner.

I’m showing you how to make sloppy joes without tomato paste and a bunch of other ingredients. Instead, this is a Manwhich pasta recipe, so it’s really easy. Add in some fresh veggies and ground beef, and in about 30 minutes, it’s ready to serve. It’s a great weeknight dinner.
