Two tortilla wraps filled with lettuce and crispy breaded chicken, sliced and stacked on parchment paper. On the side are two golden-brown mozzarella sticks.

This easy turkey wrap is a favorite in our house! We enjoy them as a snack or pair with some fresh veggies or fruit to make a meal. They also make great appetizers. I love how the mozzarella sticks add a delicious crunch. These wraps are quick, easy and filling – perfect for a busy day.

How to Make Turkey Wraps

  1. First, cook the mozzarella sticks according to the package directions. Each wrap takes two sticks (one serving) so make as many as you need for however many wraps you’re making.
  2. You can bake these in the oven, but we used the air fryer. They cook faster that way, and get crispier, in my opinion.
  3. Then, start with a soft taco size tortilla. Add a leaf of lettuce. You could use romaine, iceberg, spring mix or even arugula, spinach or kale.
  4. Add 2 slices of deli turkey or ham, then place the hot mozzarella sticks on top.
  5. Roll everything up in the tortilla and enjoy!

Variations & Add-Ins

  1. We use taco size tortillas, but a large tortilla is fine too if you prefer a larger wrap. You could also try a spinach wrap.
  2. We generally use turkey slices for the protein, but ham, chicken or roast beef work too. These are also great for leftover Thanksgiving turkey!
  3. Add in some of your favorite sandwich ingredients like bacon or avocado slices. Or, some fresh vegetables like cucumber, bell pepper, or a juicy tomato.
  4. Feel free to drizzle the inside of the wrap with a sauce you enjoy – mayo, honey mustard sauce, dijon mustard.
