This is a super easy crock pot meal that you’ll want to add to your dinner rotation. Crockpot Ravioli Casserole is a low-fuss slow cooker recipe full of layered ravioli, bursting with savory flavors. I love a cozy pasta dinner and this one is a family favorite! It’s great for busy nights, and did I mention? There’s only three ingredients. All of that cheesy pasta goodness is so satisfying at the end of the day – and the slow cooker does most of the work for you!

How to Make Crockpot Ravioli Casserole
- Start with a little bit of sauce at the bottom of the slow cooker – jarred spaghetti sauce or homemade marinara sauce – pick what you like!
- Add the first layer of ravioli (meat or cheese ravioli is great – choose your favorite). Be sure they are not crowded on top of each other. They will cook better if they are in a single layer. Top the ravioli with shredded mozzarella cheese, then add one jar of sauce.
- Add a second layer – ravioli, second jar of sauce, remaining cheese. This casserole is all about the layers! Kind of like a ravioli lasagna, but much easier.
- Cook in the crockpot on low for four to five hours. The total time is an estimate and cook time may vary. You will know it’s done when the sauce is bubbling hot and the pasta is tender.

- Choose your own pasta sauce, too – jarred or homemade. Just make sure you have 42 oz total for this recipe.
- Follow the cooking instructions for best results, but if you are short on time you can try cooking on high for 3-4 hours.

Variations & Add-Ins
- Prefer meat sauce? Cook ground beef, turkey or sausage in a large skillet over medium heat, then stir with the sauce prior to adding to the crockpot. This is a great way to add some protein to the meal!
- Feel free to add some tomatoes, mushrooms or onions to the sauce depending on what you like.
- Depending on what tomato sauce you use, feel free to add some salt and pepper to taste, or even some Italian seasoning or one teaspoon garlic powder!
- Pair with your favorite sides – breadsticks or garlic bread are perfect for soaking up all the sauce. Add a green salad or cooked veggies on the side like broccoli, cauliflower, or asparagus.

This sounds delish. I love spinach ravioli with alfredo sauce.
