Mocktail Pumpkin Spice White Russian is the perfect fall drink that has no alcohol in it! It’s a classic White Russian recipe without the booze and filled with pumpkin spice fall flavor – it’s absolutely delicious!
Seasonal mocktails are my favorite because you only drink them at a certain time of year which makes them even more special. This recipe is just like a Classic White Russian Cocktail, but it has no alcohol and it has a fun pumpkin twist that is great for fall holidays. It’s creamy and sweet and I couldn’t stop sipping it. It’s so genius to make it non-alcoholic (like when I made that Non-Irish Coffee!)
Ingredients Needed
- Half & Half: You can also use whole milk or nondairy milk.
- Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer: Brings in the perfect pumpkin spice taste. You can use any brand you like – regular or nondairy.
- Cold Brew Concentrate: This is what I used as a substitute for Kahlua. You can find it in the grocery aisle, or make the coffee syrup I made for the Virgin Espresso Martini recipe.
- Simple Syrup: Adds sweetness to your liking.

Pumpkin Spice White Russian Mocktail Recipe
Make a Pumpkin Spice White Russian Mocktail – this pumpkin white russian tastes just as good as the original but without alcohol and tons of fall flavor.
Prep Time 5 minutes
Total Time 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 3 ounces half and half
- 4 ounces pumpkin spice creamer
- 2 teaspoons cold brew concentrate see note
- 1 ounce Simple syrup
Instructions
- Add half and half and creamer to glass with coffee concentrate and simple syrup.
- Stir, add ice.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
Recipe Notes
- I used cold brew coffee concentrate (sold in the coffee aisle). That, mixed with the simple syrup is a substitute for Kahlua. If you can find coffee flavored coffee syrup (i.e. Torani or similar) you can use an ounce of that in place of the concentrate.
- You can sub milk for the half and half, and/or use nondairy milk
