- 1 yellow onion chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 2 15- ounce cans Manwich sauce
- 8 ounces 1/2 package elbow macaroni, cooked per package instructions
- 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese grated
- Parsley for garnish
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Heat cooking spray in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and green pepper. Cook for two minutes then add ground beef and cook until ground beef is no longer pink, and onion and pepper have become tender. Drain excess fat.
