Believe it or not, this bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers recipe only has 3 ingredients! Easy baked Jalapeño Poppers with cream cheese and bacon are the perfect game day party snacks – or just because you love them.

How to make Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeño Poppers

  • Fresh Jalapenos: I usually get the smaller sized jalapenos because it makes the perfect bite size! But any size pepper will do.
  • You can cut and prepare the peppers ahead of time. You can even add the filling to each jalapeno half up to a day before.
  • You’ll want 8 slices bacon for 10 jalapeños.
  • Cream cheese: Use your favorite cream cheese inside each jalapeño half.
  • If you want a little extra crunch to your wrapped jalapeño poppers, let them broil on low for another 3-5 minutes. Everyone loves a little crisp to their bacon!

Variations

  • Top with cheddar or pepper jack cheese, or even monterey jack.
  • To spice up the cream cheese filling you can add onion powder and garlic powder.
  • It’s easy to make a double batch of these – just double all the ingredients.
