- You can cut and prepare the peppers ahead of time. You can even add the filling to each jalapeno half up to a day before.
- You’ll want 8 slices bacon for 10 jalapeños.
- Cream cheese: Use your favorite cream cheese inside each jalapeño half.
- If you want a little extra crunch to your wrapped jalapeño poppers, let them broil on low for another 3-5 minutes. Everyone loves a little crisp to their bacon!

Ingredients
- 10 jalapeño peppers
- 1 block cream cheese (8 oz or 225 g)
- 8 strips bacon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- – Cut the jalapeño peppers in half, including the stem. Carefully scoop out the seeds and membrane. (wear gloves)
- – Distribute and spread the cream cheese into each jalapeño pepper half.
- – Slice the bacon into thirds and place a strip on top of each jalapeño pepper half.
- – Spread out the jalapeño peppers on the baking sheet.
- – Place in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon edges are slightly browned. Optional: Broil on low for 3-5 minutes to crisp up the bacon.
