If it’s game day at our house, you can bet we have some great snacks on hand to munch on while we watch our favorite teams. One of our favorites is this buffalo chicken dip recipe – it’s a hot, cheesy, and spicy dip that is really easy to make.

It’s always a hit when we make it for friends and family, and it’s a lot easier to make than chicken wings and less messy to serve, too. I love anything spicy, and the flavors in this easy dip are perfect.

We use store-bought rotisserie chicken for this recipe to make it really easy. That way, there’s very little prep work – you just assemble it, and it’s ready to bake.  You can also make it ahead and keep it in the fridge or freeze it to have on hand later.
