Caramel Apple Cider Float

This October treat is just like a traditional root beer float, but for the fall-time! It is completely alcohol free, so this delicious drink can be enjoyed by everyone! This time of year, during apple season and fall, we love getting apple cider and putting it into everything (like Apple Punch). In September when it’s hot outside, it’s the perfect drink.

Ingredients Needed

  • Apple Cider: Use actual cider – not apple juice. It has a stronger apple flavor.
  • Ice Cream: I used a classic vanilla ice cream but you could use any flavor you like.
  • Toppings: I topped this recipe with whipped cream, caramel sauce, fresh apple slices and cinnamon sticks.

How to make Apple Cider Float

  • Add cider to a glass.
  • Add a scoop of ice cream.
  • Top with whipped cream, a caramel drizzle, and an apple slice.
