How to Make Brie Puff Pastry Bites

Preheat the oven to 375°F and coat a muffin pan with baking spray.

Cut the dough into 2” squares and place each piece in the prepared muffin cups. Slice the cheese into 12 pieces and put them on the dough in the pan.

  • 1 can of puff pastry or crescents.
  • 8 oz wheel of brie

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Spray a muffin tin with non-stick baking spray.
  • Cut puff pastry or crescent dough into approximately 2” squares or 12 even pieces and place in greased muffin tin.
  • Divide the brie equally into the 12 pieces and place on top of the puff pastry.
  • Place 1 Tbs of your preserve of choice on top of brie.
  • Bake in the oven for 11 min or until the brie is nice and melty and the puff pastry is done. Enjoy!
