Picture a sandy beach and the ocean with this Island Breeze Mocktail – a virgin version of a popular cocktail recipe – lots of delicious juices that’ll transport you to paradise.

The inspiration for this drink came from a trip to Hawaii – the cocktail menu had what they called an Island Breeze drink with cranberry and white rum but I wanted to create a non-alcoholic version to drink at home. This easy drink recipe will remind you of relaxation and the beach!

How to make Virgin Island Breeze
- We use juices to compensate for the alcohol – orange juice, lemon juice, and pineapple juice.
- Just like the original, we top it off with cranberry juice and a bit of grenadine for sweetness and color.
- If you don’t have grenadine you can use maraschino cherry juice.
- To cut the sweetness of the juice I like to add club soda, but you can use lemon lime soda (or diet soda).
- Garnish the drink with a pineapple and cherry.
