Learn how to make a festive Pomegranate Moscow Mule with ginger beer, pomegranate juice, and vodka. This is one of our favorite Disney copycat recipes that is a great cocktail recipe for parties.
We live close to Disney and get lots of opportunities to try lots of their famous treats and drinks, and, as much fun as it is to visit Disney, making copycat recipes at home is even more fun. One of our favorites is this Disney copycat pomegranate mule recipe.
This is a great mixed drink any time of year, but it’s perfect during the holiday season. The red color from the pomegranate with a rosemary garnish just says “Christmas” to me.
It’s a twist on a classic Moscow mule made with vodka, ginger beer, and lime juice. For this version, we leave out the lime and use pomegranate juice. The tartness of the juice with the sweet and lightly spicy ginger beer is excellent!
So now you can have a taste of Disney without booking a trip – it’s just as delicious as the original! If you have holiday parties coming up, it’s a great drink to serve.

Recipe Tips and Variations
Mugs: You can serve a mule in any glass, but traditionally they are served in copper cups or mugs.
Juice: If you can’t find pomegranate juice, you can use cranberry juice – it won’t be just like Disney’s version, but it’s just as festive and easy to drink.
Ginger Beer: This is a nonalcoholic beverage that adds great flavor and a little fizz to the drink. There are so many different kinds of ginger beer available, so have fun finding your favorite. Some are sweeter, and others are spicier, so it’s an easy way to switch up the drink’s flavor.
Vodka: Use your favorite vodka brand to make your drinks. Because it’s a mixed drink, I don’t think you need to use fancy (i.e., expensive) vodka.
Garnishes: If you don’t like rosemary, try garnishing the drink with a sprig of fresh mint instead. You can also add a squeeze of fresh lime juice or lime wedges as a garnish.
Mocktail Option: You can leave out the vodka for a great alcohol-free drink. This pomegranate Moscow mule recipe is perfect for Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year’s, or anytime you want a refreshing mule with a festive twist. I know you’ll love this fun drink as much as we do – Enjoy!
