Charcuterie Cups are the best snack or appetizer for any party or gathering. They can be made with all your favorite charcuterie board ingredients in one cup for a single serving cheese board!
These individual charcuterie cups are some of my favorite things to serve when I am hosting. I picked my favorite ingredients to make them, and you can do the same. I absolutely love serving appetizer boards around the holidays because people can grab them at their own pace. With such a variety of foods, there is something for everyone!
Ingredients Needed
- Veggies: With all of the ingredients you can take them out and add other things for your liking. I love adding broccoli and tomatoes to ours.
- Fruit: The classic charcuterie fruit is grapes, so I added some delicious purple grapes.
- Cheese: Babybell cheeses are so easy to add because all you need to do is unwrap them. Babybell has so many flavors, so you can pick your favorite.
- Other Mix-ins: Any nuts, like almonds and cashews, or meat, like salami, are great for this charcuterie board cup recipe. You could even add candied nuts or sweet and spicy nuts!

How to Make A Good Charcuterie Board Cups
- Unwrap 2 babybell cheeses. Use a small cookie cutter to cut a design out of the wax of one of them. Place the one with the cutout on a toothpick.
- Place a tomato, broccoli, and 4 slices of folded salami on a toothpick.
- Place grapes on another toothpick.
- Press all 3 toothpicks into the second baby bell cheese. Place the cheese in a cup or cupcake liner. Garnish with nuts and/or a rosemary sprig.
Expert Tips
- If your household is not a fan of Babybell cheese, you could always switch it out for other individual cheese cubes and cut a design out of them!
- I used a second cheese for the bottom because my cups were actually paper cupcake liners. If you’re using small cups where the toothpicks stand up, you don’t need to use the bottom cheese.
- I recommend getting the larger toothpicks (like 6-inch skewers) so you can fit more on one skewer and they’ll stand up taller in your serving cup.
- You could always add small crackers as well because those are very popular for regular charcuterie boards.
- You can leave out the rosemary or replace it with other fresh herbs.
Other Options for Ingredients:
- Fruits: Apricots, Strawberry, blueberries, or any other fresh fruit.
- Cheese: Different flavors could be gouda, brie, or cheddar cheese.
- Meat: Pepperoni and Prosciutto.
