Make this delicious Rudolph Inspired Drink for the kids (and adults) this Christmas! It’s a non-alcoholic drink (aka a Dry Rudolph) that’s creamy and chocolatey with a hint of peppermint – plus he’s so cute!

A glass filled with a chocolate drink topped with whipped cream, resembling a reindeer. Pretzels are used for antlers, a red candy for the nose, and two small dots for eyes. A festive cloth is in the background.

Whereas many people make a Dirty Rudolph or a Drunken Rudolph cocktail this time of year, I’m sticking to my mocktail theme and making a Rudolph Drink that’s easy, fast, and the perfect balance of chocolate milk and peppermint flavor. You could even use hot cocoa in place of chocolate milk!

Everyone loves this – who doesn’t love chocolate milk? Plus you decorate it like Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer and everyone loves it!

Assorted dessert ingredients on a counter: a bottle of chocolate reduced fat milk, peppermint bark syrup, whipped cream, a bowl of pretzels, a bowl of red cherries, and a small container of white candy eyes.

Ingredients Needed

  • Chocolate Milk: Feel free to use any brand. You can use non-dairy as well and you can even make your own chocolate milk with plain milk and chocolate syrup.
  • Peppermint Syrup: I like using a coffee syrup (like Tornani or Jordann’s Syrups). If you can’t find the syrup you can use a few drops of peppermint extract.
  • Whipped Cream: You can use store-bought or homemade.
  • Garnish: Candy eyes, pretzels for the antlers, and maraschino cherries for the red nose make for the best Rudolph face!

FAQs

Can you store this drink?

This drink doesn’t store well, so I recommend drinking it immediately. You can put it in the fridge for a few hours if you don’t want to drink it all at once.
