This Cranberry Mule Mocktail is the perfect holiday drink! Even with no alcohol, it still tastes just like a traditional Moscow mule with cranberry juice for a Thanksgiving or Christmas twist.

A copper mug filled with a dark drink, garnished with fresh mint, a lime slice, and cranberries. Additional cranberries and lime slices are scattered around the mug on a light surface. Another mug and a bowl of cranberries are visible in the background.

I love the holidays, and nothing gets me more in the spirit than a nice holiday beverage. Cranberry is always the ultimate flavor for the holiday season and I love adding it to all my favorite mocktail recipes. This is a classic mocktail mule recipe but made with cranberry juice so it’s all dressed up for the holidays. Just a little juice with lime and ginger make the perfect non-alcoholic drink and you won’t miss the vodka!

Bottles of lime juice, diet ginger beer, and cranberry juice are displayed on a countertop. Fresh cranberries and a sliced lime sit in front of the bottles, with a white tiled wall in the background.

Ingredients Needed

  • Juice: Lime juice and cranberry juice mix up the perfect taste. I like using 100% juice for the cranberry juice.
  • Ginger Beer: Use virgin ginger beer to make this recipe completely non-alcoholic. Ginger beer adds the best ginger flavor to the drink. You can substitute ginger ale if you don’t have ginger beer.
  • Garnish: Sliced lime wedges, fresh cranberries, and mint are my favorite topping

Expert Tips

  • I love using the classic copper mugs for mules if you have them!
  • You can use all store-bought ingredients in this virgin Moscow mule, but if you have fresh mint leaves, or fresh lime juice – you can use those too!
  • Serve immediately – the ginger beer will lose carbonation and make the drink flat.
  • This drink reminds me of a Cranberry Ginger Fizz but with more ginger flavor!
