Pineapple Mocktail Recipe

This non alcoholic beverage can use fresh fruit and delicious alcohol alternatives of club soda or lemon-lime soda. The whole family can enjoy this drink and I know they will!

It is the best tropical treat and I love to top it with a pineapple slice and maraschino cherries. Refreshing non-alcoholic drinks like this one are so incredible and a very good drink for a summer afternoon!

Ingredients Needed

  • Pineapple Juice: Canned – I like buying the little cans so I don’t waste juice.
  • Lime Juice: You can use fresh lime juice, or some from the store.
  • Soda: You can use either club soda or lemon-lime soda.

How to make Pineapple Spritz

  • Fill large glass with ice. Add lime juice and pineapple juice.
  • Fill glass with club soda or lemon lime soda.
  • Garnish with a pineapple.

You can easily make a pitcher for a party. To serve 8, simply mix 24 oz pineapple juice with 4 oz lime juice. Add 32 oz soda. Serve cold.
