This Virgin Bellini is a Peach Bellini with no alcohol! I’m calling it a Baby Bellini since it’s a mocktail – it’s just as good as the original and it is perfect for any parties or get togethers!

Two glasses of orange mimosa garnished with raspberries, placed on a gray surface. A sliced lemon and whole raspberries are scattered nearby, with a green bottle in the background.

I first had a Peach Bellini in San Francisco – I’m not a peach lover but I tried it and fell in love! The Classic Bellini recipe uses champagne and peach nectar with peach schnapps but did you know you can make it into a non-alcoholic drink? I actually prefer Bellinis over any mimosa recipe.

You can use my Mocktail Champagne recipe or a bottle of sparkling grape juice or cider. The lemon juice adds a brightness similar to the peach schnapps.

Bottles of Trader Joes sparkling apple cider, Simply Peach juice, and Great Value lemon juice are arranged side by side on a gray surface with a white tiled background.

Ingredient Notes

  • Peach Juice: I usually find this in the Simply brand (refrigerated section) or you can use peach nectar.
  • Lemon Juice: You can use freshly squeezed or store-bought!
  • Sparkling Cider: You can also use sparkling grape juice or mocktail champagne.

How to make a Baby Bellini

  1. Add peach juice and lemon juice to a champagne flute. Top with sparkling cider.
  2. Garnish with a raspberry or strawberry.

Expert tips

  • When you are buying juice – make sure you always buy pulp-free juice so you can have a smooth drink.
  • If you are not a fan of sparkling cider, you can buy sparkling soda, like club soda or sprite in this easy mocktail – anything you like.
  • Serve immediately or the bubbles will go flat.
