IRISH COFFEE MOCKTAIL
A Non-Irish Coffee is a fun drink that’s easy and great for anyone who loves coffee. I love having it in the evening when I want a perfect drink that has no alcohol (I’ll even sometimes use decaf coffee!) I don’t love the flavor of whiskey so this is the perfect way for me to enjoy this classic cocktail in mocktail form.

How do you make a non-alcoholic drink taste like Irish Coffee? The secret is rum extract.

- Brown Sugar: This is the classic flavoring in Irish coffee.
- Rum Extract: This is the perfect replacement for alcohol by adding that extra flavor without the buzz.
- Hot Coffee: I used strong black coffee, but you can use any level, even decaf
- Whipped Cream: My favorite topping but you can enjoy it plain too.
How tO make NON-IRISH COCKTAIL
- Place brown sugar and rum extract in the bottom of a mug. Traditionally, a glass mug is used for Irish coffee, but any mug will do.
- Add hot coffee; stir. Top with whipped cream. Serve immediately.
EXPERT TIPS
Add some extra flavor by adding a little maple syrup or cocoa powder to the glass before you add the hot coffee.
