This Cranberry Ginger Fizz is the perfect holiday recipe to serve at a party or because you’re craving cranberry and ginger! It’s a non-alcoholic drink that looks like a fancy cocktail – plus it has a little bit of rosemary. It’s delicious!

A glass of red cranberry cocktail with ice cubes, garnished with fresh cranberries and a sprig of rosemary. Another similar drink is slightly blurred in the background, with loose cranberries and rosemary scattered on a gray surface.

I love making this refreshing holiday drink. It has a perfect cranberry taste mixed with a tangy ginger flavor. If you like cranberry drinks – this recipe is the perfect one for you. Not only is cranberry mixed with ginger, but I made rosemary simple syrup that adds a little depth to the drink – you won’t miss the alcohol in this virgin drink!

A mason jar filled with a clear liquid, a bottle of cranberry juice, a can of Canada Dry ginger ale, and a sprig of rosemary are arranged on a countertop with a white tiled background.

Ingredients Needed

  • Homemade Rosemary Syrup: Sugar, water, and rosemary sprigs
  • Cranberry Juice: I prefer 100% juice
  • Ginger Ale: You could substitute this for ginger beer.

Expert Tips

  • I like topping this recipe with fresh cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.
  • You can omit the rosemary syrup but it’s totally worth it to make it too.
  • Want to make a Cranberry Party Punch? Use 48 ounces cranberry juice, 1 3/4 cups ginger ale and 1/2 cup rosemary syrup for 8 servings.
  • You can make the simple syrup up to 3 days ahead but the drink should be made as serving; the soda will go flat as it sits.
