This Virgin Cosmopolitan is amazing. It tastes so much like an actual Cosmo Cocktail but it’s non-alcoholic. Tart and sweet just like the drink should be, this is one anyone can enjoy!
Non-Alcoholic Cosmo
This Cosmopolitan Mocktail uses alcoholic counterparts like club soda, fruit and lime juices to make this delicious recipe a completely virgin drink. It has sweetness from the juice, but also some sourness from lime flavor. It gets its bubbles from the club soda and it tastes SO MUCH like the classic drink you won’t even miss the vodka.
Ingredients Needed
- Cranberry Juice: We prefer 100% juice but any will work.
- Orange Juice: I recommend getting pulp free to have a smooth drink.
- Lime Juice: Fresh squeeze lime juice or bottled is fine.
- Club Soda: You can substitute it with ginger ale or lemon-lime soda, depending on how sweet you want your mocktail.

How to make a virgin cosmopolitan
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add cranberry juice, orange juice, and lime juice.
- Shake vigorously, strain into martini glass. Top off with club soda (or lemon lime soda).
- Garnish with a lime.
If you love cranberry juice you should also try our Cranberry Sunrise Mocktail and our Virgin Tom Collins is fantastic too!
Expert Tips
- You could add a sugar rim by taking a lime wedge around the rim of the glass and then putting the glass upside down in the sugar.
- I love garnishing with a lime wedge or an orange peel on the outside of the glass, like I do with our mocktail mule.
- You can replace the club soda with any type of soda water or soda.
- It’s best to make this recipe as you’re ready to serve (the soda will go flat). However you can mix all the juices ahead of time and keep them in the refrigerator for easy mocktail making.
- To make for a party, simply multiply the ingredients by number of servings.
