If you love a good mojito you’re going to want this Virgin Strawberry Mojito recipe – all the good flavors of mint, lime, and strawberry but without the alcohol! The perfect refreshing mocktail for spring and summer.

Two tall glasses of strawberry mojito sit on a gray surface. Each glass is garnished with sliced lime, mint leaves, and a whole strawberry. Fresh strawberries, lime slices, and mint leaves are scattered around the glasses.

Nothing screams spring or summer like strawberries – especially when it’s in a mocktail mojito recipe! Lime, mint, berry – the perfect combo. A mojito is one of the easiest drinks to turn non-alcoholic – and adding flavors is so easy (I’ve even made a Virgin Mojito with blackberries!) It’s a Strawberry NOjito!

Bottles of simple syrup and lime juice, a can of club soda, a bowl of sugar, with fresh strawberries, a cut lime, a whole lime, and mint leaves on a light surface.

Ingredient Notes

  • You can use fresh strawberries or thawed frozen – and it’s easy to change up this recipe with raspberries or even blueberries!
  • Lime Juice – fresh lime juice is best!
  • Mint – you need lots of fresh mint to make a mojito.
  • Lime slices or a lime wedge, plus extra mint and strawberry slices for garnish

How to make A Mocktail Strawberry Mojito Drink

  • You’ll need to muddle your berries, mint, and some sugar in the bottom of a collins glass. You can use the back of a wooden spoon for this, or a cocktail muddler.
  • Pour in the lime juice and club soda, and simple syrup to taste (depending on how sweet your berries are). No need for a cocktail shaker!
  • You won’t miss the white rum (light rum) – but if you need a little flavor you can add some rum extract.
  • Don’t like or cant’ find mint? Turn this into a Strawberry Basil Smash by using fresh basil in place of the mint.
  • You can also make this as a party punch in a pitcher – just multiply by how many servings to make punch!
