A Virgin Tom Collins is the best refreshing drink. It is a sweet and sour lemon drink that’s super similar to the classic cocktail but without the alcohol. If you crave that sweet and sour combo, you’ll love this!
Tom Collins Mocktail
This classic Tom Collins recipe is so delicious and it has absolutely no alcohol, so, everyone can enjoy it! It is an easy mocktail that only takes 5 minutes to make, and it tastes so good – I remember drinking collins mixer as a kid and this tastes just like that.
If you need a refreshing drink for a side with dinner or a party, this is the recipe for you. Non alcoholic drink recipes like this one or my other favorite, a Cranberry Sunrise, are perfect any day of the week.
Ingredients Needed
- Lemon Juice: Puts a hint of sourness and delicious lemon flavor into the drink – you can use bottled or freshly squeezed.
- Simple Syrup: Adds the perfect amount of sweetness – this can be to taste.
- Soda Water: I used club soda. It’s the best base but you can also use seltzer or club soda, or even lemon lime soda to add more sweetness.
