This Lemon Lavender Martini Mocktail (or NonTini) is the perfect sophisticated sip for any occasion. Made with lavender syrup, fresh lemon juice, and lemonade, it’s refreshing, floral, and totally alcohol-free.

I first had a (real) lemon lavender martini at Disneyland, in the Hearthstone Lodge (the bar in the Grand Californian Hotel). It was the BEST drink I’d ever had so I knew I had to create a mocktail for it.
This mocktail is seriously impressive! It’s got all the elegance and flavor of a classic martini but without the booze. The combination of lavender and lemon is so refreshing and unique, and it’s perfect for serving at parties, baby showers, or any time you want a fancy drink without the hangover. Plus, it’s super easy to make!
Ingredient Notes
- The secret to anything lavender? Lavender Syrup. Sure you can make it yourself (it’s basically lavender infused simple syrup) but lavender can get tricky – use too much and your food or drink tastes like perfume. I buy lavender syrup online and it’s so good in lemonade!
- You can use any lemonade you like from the grocery store.

How to make a Lemon Lavender NonTini
- You’ll need a cocktail shaker to make this, and martini glasses.
- Add all ingredients except the tonic to the shaker, shake, then strain into your glass.
Expert Tips
- Use fresh lemon juice for the best taste (use a citrus juicer to get the most out of your lemons).
