This Jack Frost Drink is the perfect holiday mocktail! It’s a frozen drink with tropical pineapple and coconut flavors – but it’s totally non-alcoholic!

Two glasses of a vibrant blue drink are topped with shredded coconut along the rims, set against a light gray background. More coconut is sprinkled around the glasses, adding an extra decorative touch.

Jack Frost is such a well known character when it comes to Christmas, I figured turning him into a drink would be a fun challenge.

This frozen drink is make with many flavors, like pineapple, coconut, and blue curaçao. It’s similar to a Piña Colada and it’s delicious! I added the coconut in the drink and on the rim to replicate Jack frost’s hair and the blue represents his classic color. Since it’s a mocktail – anyone can enjoy it!

A bottle of DaVinci Gourmet Blue Curacao syrup stands next to a can of Dole 100% pineapple juice. In the foreground, theres a measuring cup filled with white liquid. The background features a white tile wall and a gray countertop.

Ingredient Notes

  • Blue Curacao: Be sure to use blue curaçao syrup, NOT the alcohol! You can often find non-alcoholic curaçao at the liquor store, but I bought it on amazon – it’s sold by the makers of coffee syrups (i.e. Torani).
  • Cream Of Coconut: I used unsweetened coconut cream (the kind in a can), but you can also use coconut milk if you prefer!
  • Shredded Sweetened Coconut: For the coconut rim!

How to make Jack Frost Drink Recipe

  • To make the coconut stick to the rim, dip the glass in corn syrup or honey, then upside down in the shredded coconut.
  • The rest of the ingredients go into a blender with ice and are blended until smooth.

Expert TIPS

  • Use a can of unsweetened cream of coconut – open can and whisk to combine (there is a thick mixture and milk underneath). You can also use canned unsweetened coconut milk, but your drink will be smoother.
  • Blue Curacao Syrup: this is non-alcoholic, sold with the coffee syrups. You can find these in store or on amazon, most coffee syrup brands sell this or you can find non-alcoholic syrup at liquor stores.
  • Serve immediately, you cannot make this ahead of time.
