A Virgin Ginger Fizz Mocktail is a refreshing non-alcoholic drink with ginger and hints of lime. It’s the perfect anytime drink and it’s really good, especially if you use homemade simple syrup.

Two textured glasses filled with a light brown beverage, garnished with raspberries and mint leaves. Fresh raspberries and sprigs of mint are scattered on the surface. A green can is partially visible in the background.

Ginger Ale is good, but ginger-ale with mint is even better! I know the combination sounds strange, but they work so good together. By just adding a splash of homemade mint syrup into the drink you get a refreshing mocktail that’s perfect for spring and summer. I can’t wait to drink a Ginger Fizz at a Kentucky Derby party, doesn’t it scream flowers and hats and spring?

A can of Canada Dry ginger ale is next to a measuring cup filled with liquid, a white container of raspberries, and a few sprigs of mint on a light gray surface.

How to make Virgin Ginger Fizz

  • I like using a short class with ice.
  • Simply add the ginger ale and top off with mint syrup. Be sure to stir.
  • You can garnish with anything you like, but a sprig of mint and a raspberry are perfect and add color.
