Looking for a refreshing summer drink? Easy Strawberry Lemonade is so simple – it uses bottled lemonade and fresh strawberries – the perfect easy drink recipe with tons of flavor all season long!

Two tall glasses of refreshing strawberry lemonade, each garnished with a lemon slice and a fresh strawberry. Surrounding the glasses are whole strawberries and lemon slices on a light background.

We love lemonade but I’m not a huge fan of making it myself – you have to squeeze so many fresh lemons to get enough lemon juice and then you need to make simple syrup and if you want to make a flavored drink, like strawberry lemonade, you have to deal with the fresh berries.

I’ve made it so much easier for you – make this simple EASY Strawberry Lemonade with store bought lemonade and fresh strawberries. It’s refreshing and perfectly sweet – the best drink for spring and summer (and it’s a mocktail, although you could easily turn it into a cocktail with vodka or tequila). Because you’re using bottled lemonade it’ll have the perfect amount of sweetness!

A bottle of Simply Lemonade is next to a glass pitcher of bright red strawberry lemonade. Two strawberries are placed in front, on a white countertop, with a blurred kitchen background.

How to make An Easy Strawberry Lemonade Recipe

  1. First choose what kind of lemonade you like – we love any of the ones in the refrigerator section, but you can use concentrate or even sparkling lemonade or diet lemonade.
  2. Grab some fresh strawberries and granulated sugar. Simply blend them together in a high powered blender until smooth. You can also use a food processor.
  3. If you want, you can strain the mixture, but it’s not needed if you’re using a high powered blender (they’ll crush the seeds).
  4. You can also use honey, agave, stevia, or your favorite sweetener instead of sugar.
  5. Serve the lemonade over ice with lemon slices and fresh mint or strawberry slices for garnish.

Make a Pitcher

To make homemade strawberry lemonade for a crowd, you can multiply the single recipe by the number of servings. For 8 servings, use 64 ounces of lemonade with a cup of the puree, etc.

Storing Homemade Lemonade

Store leftover puree in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can mix the puree with the lemonade in a large container and it’ll last about 3 days as well (shake before serving).

Pro Tip: Freeze the puree in ice cube trays or Souper Cubes and then just grab frozen strawberry ice cubes and pop one into a glass of lemonade. As it thaws it’ll make a refreshing drink!
