  • 12 eggs hard boiled and peeled
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 1 Tbs sweet pickle relish
  • 2 Tbs sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Add your hard boiled eggs to medium sized bowl and mash up with a pastry blender or fork.
  2. Add in mayo, mustard, relish, sugar, salt and pepper and stir to combine.
  3. Serve on buns, wraps, bread, etc
