Ingredients

  • 3-4 chicken breasts thawed
  • 2 cups bbq sauce your favorite
  • 1 heaping cup crushed pineapple in juice
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • Rice

Instructions

  1. Place your chicken breasts in the bottom of instant pot.
  2. Pour your bbq sauce and crushed pineapple over the chicken and seal lid.
  3. Manual cook for 15 minutes and then do a quick release.
  4. Remove chicken from instant pot and press saute.
  5. In small bowl whisk together cold water and cornstarch and add to your instant pot.
  6. Whisk mixture until sauce thickens.
  7. Serve over rice and drizzle with sauce.
